Myja Lark is a contemporary artist and author whose work explores memory, lineage, belonging, and the stories we carry.

Rooted in ancestry and imagination, her paintings transform locs into landscapes, trees into memory, and ordinary Black life into something monumental. Across painting, printmaking, and writing, she considers what we inherit, what we carry, and what it means to return home to ourselves
